General Guidelines

Our community has a number of improvement and maintenance projects each needing a volunteer project chair. In some cases the possible solutions and costs will need to be researched and presented to the Schieveling HOA board along with quotes from contractors. The chair will oversee the work performed by the contractors/vendors, coordinate, sign-off on satisfactory completion and coordinate with the HOA treasurer for contractor/vendor payments.

For projects that you can perform yourself, you need to develop a cost estimate of the materials required, time estimate to complete and present to the board prior to starting. Coordinate with the HOA treasurer for purchase/reimbursement of purchased materials.
